Terms and Conditions of Carriage
The Terms and Conditions of Carriage set out the contractual terms that apply to all transport services provided by Your Professional Driver Pty Ltd, trading as Your Professional Driver (YPD).
They govern the rights and obligations of both the customer and Your Professional Driver in relation to bookings, carriage of passengers, payment, cancellations, conduct, and related matters.

By placing a booking with Your Professional Driver, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
