At Your Professional Driver, we are committed to providing a respectful, inclusive and accessible transport experience for all passengers, regardless of individual needs or circumstances. We recognise that accessibility is not one size fits all, and we take a considered, practical approach to accommodating passengers wherever it is safe, lawful and operationally feasible.
We are an accredited NSW Point to Point transport operator, and all accessibility support is provided within the scope of private passenger transport services.
Your Professional Driver provides private passenger transport services only. While we aim to assist passengers wherever reasonably possible, our services do not include medical care, personal care or emergency response. Assistance is provided within the limits of safety, training and applicable regulations.
Your Professional Driver welcomes accredited assistance animals and service animals, including guide dogs, seeing eye dogs, hearing dogs and other recognised assistance animals, in accordance with Australian law. Assistance animals are permitted to travel with passengers at no additional charge.
Passengers are encouraged to advise us at the time of booking if they will be travelling with an assistance animal so the driver can be informed in advance and simple practical arrangements can be made, such as using a protective towel or blanket where required.
While we do not currently operate wheelchair accessible vehicles, we welcome passengers who use folding mobility aids and are able to self transfer into and out of the vehicle.

Where required, chauffeurs use visual cues and clear written communication to coordinate pickups and drop offs without reliance on phone calls.
We recognise that clarity and simplicity are essential for some passengers. Our booking processes and communications are designed using plain language and clear instructions to reduce confusion and unnecessary complexity.
