Refund and Dispute Policy

This policy  are to be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, our Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy & Price Guide.


Refunds:

  • Refunds may apply under the following circumstances:
    • Customer Cancellation: Remaining portions after deduction of cancellation fees, as per our policy, will be refunded to the customer.
    • Overpayment: If a customer accidentally overpays due to their or YPD's error, the excess amount will be promptly refunded.
    • Service Not Rendered: If a service is not provided as agreed or falls short of our standards, a refund may be issued in accordance with our dispute resolution policy.
    • Cancelled Services: If a service is cancelled by the provider for any reason, including driver unavailability, a refund will be issued to the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Dispute Resolution:

  • For any disputes or concerns, please contact our support team at [email protected].
  • Our goal is to resolve disputes promptly and fairly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, customers may escalate the matter to relevant regulatory authorities.
