Customer Cancellation: Remaining portions after deduction of cancellation fees, as per our policy, will be refunded to the customer.
Overpayment: If a customer accidentally overpays due to their or YPD's error, the excess amount will be promptly refunded.
Service Not Rendered: If a service is not provided as agreed or falls short of our standards, a refund may be issued in accordance with our dispute resolution policy.
Cancelled Services: If a service is cancelled by the provider for any reason, including driver unavailability, a refund will be issued to the customer.
