Cancellation Policy

These terms are to be read in conjunction with our Refund & Dispute Policy, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy & Price Guide.

ASAP Booking Cancellation Fees:

• ASAP bookings are trips booked less than 60 minutes from pick-up time. They are subject to the following cancellation fees:
  • Cancellation within 5 minutes: AUD $0 fee (Free cancellation window).
  • Cancellation more than 5 minutes: $15 cancellation fee outside the window.

Standard Booking Cancellation Fees:

• Cancellation within 0-2 hours of booking pickup time : 100% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 2-4 hours of booking: 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation more than 4 hours outside of booking: Full refund.

Special Event Transfer Types:

• One-way and return concert transfers, and other special event transfer types as advised by our team:
  • Cancellation 7+ days before the event: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation <7 days before the event: 100% cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy:

• No-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Provider Cancellation:

•  If Your Professional Driver cancels a booking due to circumstances beyond the customer's control, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
