PriCE Guide

Our fleet includes a selection of luxury vehicles, with pricing that reflects the quality and comfort we offer. 

By default, instant quote prices are based on luxury long-wheelbase sedans, unless an alternate vehicle type is selected. European sedans such as those from Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Audi, can be requested at a 30% premium.  Premium SUVs can be requested at a 35% premium.

Additionally, we offer people movers, with a 50% premium for 7-seaters and an 95% premium for 11-seaters (e.g., Mercedes-Benz V Class, Sprinter, or similar). 

When you view an instant quote, you can select your preferred vehicle type, and the price will be updated automatically to include the applicable premium. 

Please note that toll charges are not included in the quoted price and will be added separately to your final bill. This ensures that you only pay for the tolls incurred during your journey, reflecting the actual costs of your route. This policy applies to all trips passing through toll roads.

Please note that any airport pickup/parking fees incurred during your journey will be added to the final total to cover the actual costs associated with your trip. 

Typical Charges (as at 1 July 2024):

SYD DOM: $10.61 (0-15min) | SYD INT: $13.92 (0-55min) | NTL: $9.04 (0-60min) | CBR: $3.50 (0-20min) | MEL: $4.40 (0-15min) 

All payments processed via credit or debit card are subject to a card processing fee charged by Stripe, our payment processor. These fees reflect the cost of acceptance, and we do not profit from them. The rates are as follows: 

• Australian Credit or Debit Cards: 1.7% + $0.30 per transaction
• International Credit or Debit Cards: 3.5% + $0.30 per transaction

Please note that these fees are additional to the quoted fare and will be applied at the time of payment. 

• Executive Sedan: 4 passengers, 2 large suitcases
• Premium Sedan: 4 passengers, 2 large suitcases (SUVs available upon request with capacity for up to 4 large suitcases)
• 7-Seat People Mover: 7 passengers, 5 large suitcases
• 11-Seat People Mover: 11 passengers, 7 large suitcases

 Our hourly as-directed service provides flexible, on-demand transportation tailored to your schedule, with a minimum hire of 2 hours.

• 2+ hours: $120/hour
• 4+ hours: $115/hour
• 6+ hours: $110/hour
• 8+ hours: $105/hour

Minimum hire: 2 hours. If the driver is released early, billing will be based on the originally agreed period. The hire can be extended at the client’s request.

The above quoted rates are applicable for Executive Sedans. The vehicle premiums listed under "vehicle pricing" in this pricing guide apply to other vehicle classes. 

 Additional surcharges apply for trips during certain late night and early morning hours to account for increased operational costs:

• Late Night Surcharge (22:30 - 01:00): +15%
• Very Early Morning Surcharge (01:00 - 04:00): +25%
• Early Morning Surcharge (04:00 - 05:00): +15%

These surcharges will be applied during the booking process but are not reflected in instant quotes. 

We prioritise the safety and comfort of your children by offering a selection of child seats, including rear-facing, front-facing, and booster seats, each available for $25. This fee ensures that all seats are meticulously maintained, professionally cleaned, and securely installed by our trained drivers, meeting the highest safety standards. The charge reflects our commitment to providing a safe and worry-free travel experience for families. 

After the complimentary waiting time (10 minutes for regular bookings, 30 minutes for domestic airport pickups, and 60 minutes for international airport pickups), the following charges will apply:

• Executive Sedan: $1.50 per minute
• Premium Sedan: $2.10 per minute
• 7-Seater People Mover: $2.10 per minute
• 11-Seater People Mover: $2.10 per minute

These charges will be added to your final fare if waiting time exceeds the complimentary period.

 Special events such as concerts, sporting events, racing events, school formals, and weddings require additional resources, careful logistical planning, and consideration of increased traffic. 

These events are subject to premium pricing. This premium ensures that we can allocate the necessary time, effort, and coordination to deliver seamless and punctual service, even under challenging conditions.

Special Events Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation 7+ days before the event: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• Cancellation within 7 days of the event: A 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
